Lender Financial Package (letter only) Above with 2007 Form 9 Above with 2007 Form 9 and Lender list	The link on the top left contains a letter from our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer that provides an overview of Southern Title’s most current financial information, Southern’s A Prime Financial Stability Rating by Demotech (the leading industry rating company) and a links to a representative list of lenders who have accepted Southern Title’s policies. The letter may also be sent with the listed attachments. Note: The Form 9 is 22 pages long and the representative lender list may be 30 pages or more.
Financial Information Form 9 - Year End ’03 Form 9 - Year End ‘04 Form 9 - Year End ‘05 Form 9 - Year End ‘06 Form 9 - Year End ‘07	A ‘Form 9' is the Title Insurance Industry’s standard financial reporting package that is submitted quarterly and annually to the NAIC and each state’s Department of Insurance. If you are requested to send specific company financial information, these files should suffice. Demotech, Inc. Southern’s A Prime Financial Stability Rating	Demotech, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio based financial analysis and actuarial services firm, has been serving the Title Insurance Industry, providing opinions on the financial stability of title insurance underwriters since 1985. This independent evaluation firm has rated Southern “A Prime - Unsurpassed in Financial Stability”. The link to the lower left is a direct link to Demotech website’s specific rating on Southern Title.
